1. How long will my order take to arrive? UK, there are two delivery options for UK customers: Standard Postage will arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch and Express Postage will arrive within 1-2 days. EU, Delivery within 5-10 working days. ROW, Delivery within 7-12 working days. All delivery times are a guide; if you have not received your item within the upper time frame please contact us. 2. How much will delivery cost? We charge a flat rate for delivery and offer the same high standards to all our customers. UK. Standard: £3.50 Express: £7.50 EU. £7 Rest of World: £ 20 For further details please click here for our delivery section.

We advice all our customers to visit our store for a free personnel fitting with one of our professionally trained staff. 10. How will my order be packaged? We strictly use plain packaging for all our items. Depending on items size we wrap our items in high quality tissue before placing item(s) in padded envelopes, boxes or gift boxes with paper wrapping.
