By ordering products from Pure Marie by phone or website you are agreeing to be bound by our terms & conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions without modification, then you should not place an order with us.

The Pure Marie website encrypts all customers information: name, address, card numbers etc. This process ensures all data is securely transmitted over the internet and prevents internet fraud.

All customer records are private, confidential and secure. We will strictly never pass your details onto any third parties.

Our database contains customer information from registration and product ordering. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like to remove your details from our Customer Database, or have any questions about our data policies please email: enquiries@puremarie.co.uk

Data is collected so that we may continue to communicate with you information relating to sales and special offers. If at any stage you wish to no longer receive this information then simply email us at enquiries@puremarie.co.uk

Accounts and passwords
Your account contains your delivery and billing details, email preferences and a record of your orders. You will need your email address and password to see or edit your personal details.

If you are a new customer, you can create an account by going to the My Account page.

If you can't remember your password, go to the My Account page, enter your email address, click on 'Forgotten your password?' and it will be automatically emailed to you. For security reasons, our Customer Service team cannot see your password, so are unable to confirm it for you.

Security
You can see that the web pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the top or bottom bar of your browser.

We use Thawte as our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, providing our customers the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted while travelling the Internet.

Pure Marie unfortunately cannot accept liability for any losses caused to you as a result of using a non-secure connection. Similarly, although the secure encryption we use is internationally regarded as secure, Pure Marie cannot accept liability should such encryption be broken. Please take the utmost care whenever you visit our website or any other e-commerce site and in particular, make sure that nobody is able to obtain your password (if you use one). Once you have completed your purchase, and to ensure all confidential information is removed, we recommend that you close all browsers.

For your added security online we would also recommend that you regularly have your computer checked for spyware, keyloggers and viruses.

Customs & Duty
Customers are responsible for any import duties & taxes which may be levied on any shipment outside Europe plus any added charges for Customs clearance.

Returns

Pure Marie offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased from us, we will exchange them free of charge*. Providing your items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and with all labels intact.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. (gusseted items) are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please also note that returns on hosiery/legwear cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. For hygiene reasons ear rings cannot be exchanged. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

*Gift box charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain any gift box received with the original order.

*Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. We offer FREE standard delivery on any replacement items.

*All returned items are the responsibility of the customer to ensure their safe return to us. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection.

*In compliance with hygiene laws all the items must be in their original unworn condition, unwashed, with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging.

*Any items that do not meet our terms and conditions for returns will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

To authorise a product return for exchange or refund simply log in to MY ACCOUNT and complete the online returns form within 14 days of receiving your order.

Four days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. If original delivery was made to an address outside the UK this is extended to 28 days. 10 days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 18 days of receipt.

We will inform you as soon as we receive the item(s). Upon receipt we will endeavour to process your request for either an exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days to complete this process.

Replacements: If you have requested a replacement item(s) of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order. Please note we offer FREE standard delivery on any replacement items.

Refunds: If you have requested a refund or a product exchange of a lower value than the returned goods, then any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note we do not refund original postage costs or offer credit notes. All orders with free postage will have the standard postage cost deducted at the discretion of puremarie.

Return of Faulty Goods: If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, then simply follow the returns method above and explain the fault as the reason for the return. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, this may only be done before your item is dispatched. If you decide you have made a mistake with your order please immediately contact us. We are unable to cancel orders that have been processed and/or dispatched. Please see returns section for further advice on exchanges and refunds of unwanted items.

Please note that items bought via the Pure Marie website can only be returned to the Website Department and not to the MARIE store.
