How do I use Gift Vouchers?

To purchase a Gift Voucher, click on 'Gift Vouchers' at the top of the homepage. Choose the required amount and 'Add to Basket'. (Note, if you require an amount not listed please contact us!) Proceed as normal through the checkout. Instructions on how to redeem the Gift Voucher will be sent in an email which you can forward to the appropriate person! There are no additional processing fees for our Gift Vouchers and they are valid for 12 months.

Can you Gift Wrap my order?

Yes, of course! Please select the Gift Wrap option at the checkout and we will wrap your treats in luxurious Gift paper finished with ribbon for £6.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We deliver almost anywhere in the world from our boutique in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for more information. Please note some international orders will be subject to taxes and duties that are the responsibility of the customer and outside our control.

 

How do I track my order?

We currently use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a Tracking number - you can then enter this into the Post Office Track and Trace website:

If you have not received your code please email info@puremarie.com to request it. If your order has not arrived please check you have not received an attempted delivery card from Royal Mail to rearrange delivery or collection from a sorting office before contacting us.

 

How do I return an order?

Fill out the Returns form enclosed within your package. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returns unless an order was sent incorrectly or is faulty. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for more information on returns and exchanges.

 

Do I have to open up an account to place an order?

It's completely up to you! You don't have to open an account to place an order. Create an account with us for a faster checkout process and access order information. 

 

How do I create an account?

Click 'Create an account' at the top of any page - enter your details and voila! Login to start creating your wishlist and for a super speedy checkout.

 

I can’t log in to my account, what do I do?

 Firstly, try resetting your password by clicking 'Forgot your password?' link under the Login box. Please contact us if you are still experiencing difficulties!

 

An item is out of stock but I really want it!

Always get in touch with us if you can’t find something you are looking for - we will always do our best to help and are usually quite successful at tracking elusive items down!

 

Where do I enter my promotional code?

If you have a promotional code, add all the items you wish to the Shopping Bag and click 'Proceed to Checkout.' On the right hand side, enter your code in the box displaying 'Discount' and click 'Apply.' Please note Promotional codes do not apply to Gift Vouchers.
